The new Director at We-Collab will primarily be responsible for leading the execution of a key client initiative focused on Historically Black Colleges and Universities (HBCUs), specifically supporting the implementation, stakeholder engagement, and cohort management.

The Director will have experience understanding a systems change journey, proficiency in strategy development, confidence in stakeholder engagement, direct prior consulting experience, and an understanding of key strategies that advance the outcomes. In order to be successful in this role, the Director must be a solutions-oriented thinker and have experience operating in a fast-paced environment. This may include, but is not limited to, additional traits such as innovation, consistency, and adaptability, with the ability to navigate a variety of motivations and competing interests, all while effectively advancing progress.
In addition, the Director will be skilled in business development, with the ability to attend conferences, meetings, and prospective client meetings as a representative of We-Collab.
As a Director, your primary objective will be to leverage your experience and expertise to provide clients and their organizations with valuable insights, solutions, and guidance. You will play a crucial role in leading and delivering on projects that drive positive change and solve complex problems, and you will contribute to the overall success of We-Collab. This is an in-office role based at our We-Collab office in Houston, Texas, and will report to our Managing Director. The Director will work closely with We-Collab team members and may also work with its partners, funders, consultants, and clients across the country.
