We believe leadership is a position, not a title, and can be assumed by anyone at anytime. Leaders are capable of doing more than the check list work that is often reactionary and for the sake of optics. If you know a little more, do a little more and then a lot more can change.
The work we commonly refer to as Diversity, Equity and Inclusion (DEI) is about ensuring organizations are equipped with the necessary tools to operate in the 21st century. DEI by itself can’t change any organization, but if the members embrace the practices fully, then the possibilities are infinite.
