The Core-to-Community Impact Approach is a key tool in our practice of readiness. It was created to help organizations strategize or resolve internal tensions that can impede progress. When individuals are given the opportunity to cultivate deep self-awareness and a genuine understanding of the experiences of others, they are better equipped to engage in thoughtful, compassionate systems change strategies, driving the equitable transformation we seek.
The Core-to-Community Impact Approach supports individuals and organizations through these tensions in three stages where together groups explore the connections between ourselves, each other, and the systems we hope to impact. This approach equips teams with the clarity, connection, and courage necessary to transform systems together.
