Ashley is an operations strategist with over 10 years in training, development, and operations experience. Using a creative lens, she develops internal strategies for organizations in an effort to improve employee satisfaction, engagement and retention and has crafted internal strategies that have resulted in equity centered company culture shifts for companies.

Ashley holds a MS in Human Ecology and a MBA in Brand Marketing, both from Louisiana State University, and received her BA in Fashion Merchandising from Sam Houston State University. Outside of work, Ashley enjoys spending time in her design studio where she makes evening and bridal gowns for fun.
