As an Analyst at We-Collab, Bahar Momin brings thoughtful analysis, a curious mind, and a people-centered perspective to every project. She enjoys understanding how people, teams, and organizations work together and excels at connecting ideas, simplifying complexity, and using insights to shape effective solutions. She supports client engagements through research, analysis, and project coordination, helping teams advance meaningful work. Before joining We-Collab, Bahar worked in human resources across people analytics, talent development, process improvement, and organizational initiatives. That experience shaped her understanding of how thoughtful systems can improve both organizations and the experiences of the people within them. Growing up in an economically disadvantaged community and attending a school where she was one of the few students of color gave Bahar an early understanding of how opportunity shapes people's lives. That perspective continues to guide her passion for helping organizations create environments where more people can thrive.
Bahar holds a Bachelor of Arts in Human Dimensions of Organizations from The University of Texas at Austin, with a minor in Business and a certificate in Risk Management. Outside of work, she enjoys trying new crafts, discovering new restaurants, watching movies, and spending time with family and friends.
