
Errol Allen II
As a Principal with We-Collab, Errol Allen II draws on two decades of experience working to advance communities of color and build sustainable, equitable solutions. His passion for mentorship, advocacy, community building, and professional development has fueled his work with numerous nonprofit and academic organizations, allowing him to cultivate strong relationships throughout the Houston community. He co-founded the Houston Black Leadership Institute (HBLI), a leadership development program for young professionals that focuses on succession planning and bridging the gap between past, present, and future leadership in the local Black community. He currently serves on the board of directors for American Leadership Forum – Houston/Gulf Coast Chapter. Errol is the immediate past president of the Alpha Eta Lambda Chapter of Alpha Phi Alpha Fraternity, Inc. In a prior role, as the Chair of Student Affairs for the Houston Chapter of the National Black MBA Association (NBMBAA), he coordinated the organization’s outreach to local MBA and undergraduate business students, its scholarship program, and its robust high school mentoring program, called Leaders of Tomorrow (LOT). He was later elected President, serving two consecutive terms leading the local NBMBAA chapter.
Errol holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Management and a Master of Business Administration with a concentration in Finance from Florida A&M University. He is an active member of The Fort Bend Church and enjoys exploring Houston’s culinary scene, traveling, and watching football and basketball.
