Kristal Peyton brings deep expertise in organizational leadership, process improvement, and systems-level execution, helping teams translate strategy into clear, high-quality outcomes. As Managing Director at We-Collab, she provides senior leadership across client engagements, team development, and firm operations. Kristal works closely with client leadership to guide high-priority projects, strengthen internal systems, and ensure teams are set up to succeed. Her leadership is grounded in a deep understanding of how organizational decisions translate into real-world outcomes. Before joining We-Collab, Kristal served as a health policy and operations leader at a national consulting firm, overseeing federal contracts with agencies including CMS, CDC, and the Department of Veterans Affairs. Earlier in her career, she worked at a Federally Qualified Health Center, where she implemented a new intake process that reduced patient wait times and led the end-to-end launch of a new dental clinic.
Kristal holds a Master of Public Health in Health Management and Policy from Drexel University and a B.S. in Human Sciences from Florida State University. Outside of work, she enjoys watching sports, exploring new restaurants, and spending time with her family.
