As a Director at We-Collab, LaToya Branch brings deep expertise in organizational change, stakeholder engagement, and strategic planning. She is particularly skilled at translating research, data, and complex challenges into clear strategies that help leaders make informed decisions. She partners with leaders to guide complex initiatives, strengthen organizational capacity, and build systems that support lasting impact. Before joining We-Collab, LaToya advised federal agencies and community-based nonprofits on strategic planning, program evaluation, and organizational improvement. Her work to improve service members’ well-being earned her the Gold Passionate Service Award. As a first-generation college graduate who grew up in an economically disadvantaged community, LaToya understands firsthand how access to opportunity can shape people’s lives. That perspective continues to guide her work.
LaToya holds a Bachelor of Science in Psychology from Howard University and a Master of Science in Psychology from the University of Michigan, Ann Arbor. Outside of work, she enjoys traveling, reading, and spending time with loved ones.
