Suri Clark is a trusted strategist and senior advisor with deep expertise in organizational change, equity-centered leadership, and culture transformation. At We-Collab, she leads high-impact engagements with philanthropic institutions, nonprofit organizations, and global networks, guiding senior leaders through complex transitions, strategic planning, and values alignment. Suri is particularly skilled at fostering trust across lines of difference and translating nuanced insights into clear, actionable strategy. Her portfolio includes successful work with global climate and public health organizations, equity-focused foundations, and community-based initiatives. Before joining We-Collab, Suri held leadership roles in fundraising, disaster philanthropy, and health education, shaping cross-sector strategies that delivered both growth and impact.
Suri currently serves on the Collective Action for Youth board and regularly mentors foster youth in Houston, reflecting her long-standing commitment to youth empowerment and systems change. She is a graduate of the George Foundation’s Nonprofit Executive Leadership Program (Class of 2020) and an incoming member of Leadership Houston’s Class XLIV. She holds a B.S. in Public Health from North Dakota State University. Outside work, she enjoys running, jazz music, and spending time outdoors with her son, Jameson.
